What data we collect

This site has no forms, sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools. We load fonts from our own server, not from external providers. You give us data only when you contact us by phone, e-mail or Messenger: name, contact details, dates and number of guests.

Why and on what basis

We use it to answer your enquiry and handle your booking (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to meet legal obligations, for example tax rules (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Who receives it

The site is hosted by Netlify, which records visitors’ IP addresses in its server logs. Conversations on Messenger are governed by Meta Platforms’ policy. Bookings on Booking.com and Airbnb are governed by those portals’ terms. Netlify and Meta may also process data in the United States. We do not sell data.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle the booking, and afterwards for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you can object. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
